Carnew Emmets U14 Hurling team have qualified for the finals of the Feile Na nGael for the 3rd consecutive year. The qualifing competition was played over 2 weekends, on April 2nd and April 10th. Carnew Emmets' Novelty Act Scor team travelled to Killarney on April 9th to compete in the All-Ireland finals. The team comprised of James Doran, Tomas Darcy, Mick Sinnott, John O'Hara, Tom Culkin, Mick Skelton, Din Doran, John Sullivan and Ethy Kilbride. U16 Hurlers lose to Glenealy

Carnew U16 Hurlers suffered defeat on Sunday as they battled for a county title against Glenealy in Arklow. Glenealy got off to a good start by scoring 1-3 before Carnew got a score.
